Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly, leaving the space feel stuffy at night. There was a persistent black mold issue in the bathroom and an annoyingly loud air conditioner that thumped at irregular intervals. Noise from the inner courtyard made it difficult to sleep with the windows open, and late-night arrivals might find it inconvenient to switch rooms.

Had a really nice stay.
Relaxing and spotlessly clean place, everything was nice. The staff turned out to be wonderfully friendly and affable. I had functional, pleasantly decorated rooms with a private safe, central heating and a coffee/tea maker. I got a wonderful breakfast with soft boiled eggs. The location was magnificent as a palace and a main street were minute walk from the hotel...

Charming, Charming, Charming
The medieval architecture of the hotel instantly captivated me, offering an authentic feel of the city's rich history. I loved the clever layout of our family room, with a double bed and two single beds, perfect for our needs. Breakfast on the outdoor terrace was the cherry on top, great to soak in the beautiful surroundings while enjoying a good meal.

The location is a goldmine for foodies-just a hop away from spots like L'Epicerie for fab salads and Chez Lulu for local charm. Our room had that fantastic view of the Palais des Papes, and we got a great workout on those stairs!
But let's keep it real, the air conditioning could use a clean filter and the bathroom needs more shelves. Some smoke drift from the courtyard when the windows were open, a bummer for summer vibes.

A perfect location just steps from major attractions created an ideal backdrop for our stay. The staff's friendly demeanor, especially the lady in the breakfast room, brightened our mornings. The room, while charming, was compact and might feel constraining for some. Parking was convenient yet pricey, impacting the overall experience. The breakfast selection included delicious salads, made for a pleasant start to the day.
